Volume Three of the Manchester Arena Inquiry report into the death of the 22 victims of the attack on 22nd May 2017 has been published. This report, examines the evidence heard by the chairman, Sir John Saunders, on the radicalisation of Salman Abedi, the planning and preparation of the attack and whether the attack could have been prevented.
